Swansea Golf Club Report 14th December 2019

Still awaiting the start of summer, the unpredictable weather and intermittent showers caused the cancellation of the day’s scheduled Ambrose event, generously sponsored by Swansea Pharmacy. The Ambrose event will now be played Saturday the 21^st and will start at the special time of 10.30 so that members can attend the annual Swansea Christmas parade.

Some hardy members did brave the less than pleasant starting conditions for a single stableford competition.

A nice warm day although still plenty of wind to tantalise the participants in this month’s Monthly Medal very generously sponsored by Tasmania Abalone Farms.
